Refund and Returns Policy

At LK Deals, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you need to request a refund, return, or exchange, please review our policy below.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch from our store.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Refund Policy

We only offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon delivery.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

🚫 Refunds are NOT applicable for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Physical damage caused by the customer.
  • Software-related issues (for electronic products) unless due to a manufacturing defect.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

💰 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for returning the item to our store unless the exchange is due to a defect.

4. Return Process

If you need to return a product:

  • Contact us via sales@lkdeals.lk or call 011-2228342.
  • Provide your order details and reason for return.
  • Returns must be made to our store location (317, Negombo Road, Kandana).
  • If approved, we will proceed with an exchange or refund based on our policy.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Custom orders or personalized items.
  • Products without original packaging.
