• We primarily sell physical products and services via our website.

2. Ordering, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel orders before dispatch from our store. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
• Refunds: We only offer refunds for manufacturing defects. Refunds for change of mind are not applicable.
• Exchanges: Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product. The item must be in original condition with undamaged packaging.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to deliver within 3 days of dispatch, but delays may occur due to weather, transport issues, or other unforeseen events.
• Delivery services are handled by third-party providers, and we do not guarantee their service timelines.
• International shipping is not available at the moment.
• Orders weighing more than 10KG cannot be shipped and must be collected from our store.
• Currently, we do not charge shipping fees as we only offer local pickup.
• Customers can request express delivery when contacted for order confirmation. Charges will be informed at that time.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• No additional fees are applicable unless explicitly mentioned at checkout.
• Express delivery charges (if requested) will be communicated separately.

5. User Responsibilities

Customers are strictly prohibited from:

• Spamming or sending irrelevant messages through contact forms.
• Attempting to hack, steal user data, or engage in any cyber attacks.
• Using our website for fraudulent or illegal activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by third-party couriers.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website errors, product misuse, or technical issues.
• Customers should inspect products upon delivery and report any defects within the return/exchange period.

• Violate our policies.
• Engage in fraud, hacking attempts, or any prohibited activities.
